[Technical Notice] Occasional Video Playback Issue on ViewLog Player

Symptom
Due to a programming error at system startup, ViewLog Player may fail to play back recorded videos even when the recorded file is displayed on the Recording Timeline. As in the picture below, occasionally the playback becomes inaccessible and the same is true for the Preview Window on the Playback Scroll.
Solutions
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, install the patch file listed below.

- Close GV-VMS.
- Download the patch file from the link below:

- Double-click the GV-VMS V16.10.3.001 program.
- If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully” will appear.
- Restart GV-VMS.
