[Patch] Remote Viewlog V17.4.5.2 - Export black video, Never recylce, Recording server fix

GV-Remote Viewlog V17.4.5.2 Patch information.
Fixed
1. Issue of black images created by the Save as AVI function
2. Failure of the Unmark Never Recycle” function in GV-Remote ViewLog
3. Inability to display the Never Recycle recordings in red on the timeline
4. Inability to properly apply the Mark Never Recycle function to recordings from GV-Recording Server
