Why the virtual license dropped after the upgrade?
Answer:
If customers are using a Virtual Dongle, due to security reason, everytime when they upgrade the S/W, the Virtual Dongle will become invalid. As a result, clients will need to ask for a new Virtual Dongle in this case.
