[Patch] GV-AI Server V1.1.0.2 - Unable to receive and update the people counting data sent from the GV-AI cameras

GV-AIServer V1.1.0.2 Patch information.

Fixed:
AI Server linked with GV-AI cameras:
- Incapable of receiving the people counting data transmitted by the cameras.
- The people counting data exhibited on the AI Server remains unchanged even after the cameras are turned off and reactivated.
