ASRemote can connect to ASManager to see the text log, but it is not able to display live video when clicking on the log?
1. Firstly attempt to troubleshoot the issue by connecting to ASManager with another PC running ASRemote under the same local area network (e.g: 192.168.x.x.) If both and live view works when connecting using LAN IP, check on steps 2 and 3. If no, check and make sure the ASRemote service is enabled.
2. Check and make sure the device IP entered is public internet IP address and not a LAN IP address (Red Square # 1 below.)
3. Check and make sure the internet gateway and router have both HTTPS (default 443) and VSS (default 10000) ports configured to allow access (Red Square # 2 below)
