NOTICE OF SECURITY INCIDENT
On October 19, 2021, GeoVision discovered an intentionally illegal action in our GV-Cloud Center
and myGVcloud that were under attacked/gathered user account registration information, which
may have included your email address, preferred display name and password. GeoVision did not
make this information publicly accessible. We estimate that this attack has existed for certain period
until we discovered and took immediate steps to cease and control.

We take any loss of personal information very seriously and are taking steps to help protect users’
personal information. To compliance with personal data protection laws/regulations, we have
conducted internal investigation, contacted all of our business partners/users and reported to
supervisory authorities.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
While we are not aware of any unauthorized use of user personal information, as a precautionary
measure, we encourage users to remain vigilant by monitoring the accounts closely. If you detect
any suspicious activity on your GeoVision account, please promptly notify us via
security@geovision.com.tw and support@geovision.com.tw
