[ AS Hardware ] Unable to upgrade FR Panel firmware + APP crash

Issue:

Occurrence of App crash and inability to upgrade firmware.

Root cause:

Disk capacity overflow due to recycle fail of recognized pictures.

Solution:

Essential steps to resolve the issue:

a. Run face management tool to export feature data of FR Panel.
b. Restore FR panel to factory default.
c. Upgrade its firmware to v1.10 or later versions.
d. Import the feature data of FR panel via Face management tool.
