[ VMS ] Strange speaker icon displayed in camera live view

Issue:
Grey speaker icon blocks camera live view occasionally.
Can be resolved temporarily by rebooting VMS, but this issue still randomly occurs in the future.

Root cause:
Abnormal program behavior.
Solution:
1. Go to VMS installation directory.
2. Find the file named NoVideo.264 and delete it.

3. Reboot VMS.
