What can I do if I forgot the password of IOBox?
Answer:
Please follow the steps below to reset the password of your IO Box.
IO Box 4E:
Please press default button with a pointy object such as the tip of a pen for 3 to 5 seconds.

These models do not have default button. Please contact your sales to RMA the device.
IO Box 8E/16E V2:
Please open the shell of the box to find the default button, then press for 3 to 5 seconds.
