Checking Whether Your Mobile Device Supports 64-Bit Applications
To check whether your mobile device supports 64-bit applications, follow the instructions below:
- On Google Play, search and install AIDA64.
- Run the application and select CPU.
- Find the Supported ABIs column and check if its specification includes arm64-v8a. If yes, it means your mobile device supports 64-bit applications.
A. Clearing Application Data on Mobile Devices that Support 64-Bit Applications
To restore the operation of your GV-Eye, follow the instructions below. Here we use a Samsung smartphone as an example:
- Tap Settings and select Apps > GV-Eye > Storage > Clear data.
- The dialog box appears. Select Delete.
B. Downgrading GV-Eye to V2.8.0 on Mobile Devices That Do Not Support 64-Bit Applications
