The maximum remote connection for live view and playback is subject to the total output bandwidth allowed on the specified SNVR / HD DVR models. To better ensure successful and smooth remote monitoring, it is suggested to check the maximum output bandwidth supported. Follow the instructions below.
Accessing the Maximum Output Bandwidth Supported
Before remotely accessing the live view or playback images of the specified SNVR / HD DVR, check the maximum output bandwidth supported from the following documents:
- GV-SNVR: https://dlcdn.geovision.com.tw/Manual/S ... nChart.pdf
- UA-SNVR: https://dlcdn.geovision.com.tw/Manual/S ... arison.pdf
- UA-HD DVR: https://dlcdn.geovision.com.tw/Manual/V ... nChart.pdf
Optionally, you can also acquire the remaining or occupied output bandwidth on the Web interface of GV-SNVR3203 / 6403 or locally for remote connection.
On the Web interface of GV-SNVR3203 / 6403, select Maintenance > Network Info > Network Statistics. This page appears.
- Idle Send Bandwidth: The column shows the remaining output bandwidth applicable for remote connection.
- Remote Live View / Remote Playback: The two columns show the occupied output bandwidth for remote live view and playback respectively.
Note: Currently, UA-SNVR / HD DVR do not support for output bandwidth data display.
