This document illustrates detailed instructions for accessing required information of the specified SNVR models to request for a temporary password from GeoVision’s support teams.
Step 1. Accessing required information
- On the side of your SNVR, find the sticker that contains the serial number (20 digits) and mac address.
- On the SNVR’s webpage, select Forgot Password beneath the Password field.
- The popup window appears. The SNVR’s date is shown as below.
To retrieve your SNVR’s password, provide its serial number / mac address and date to the support team according to your location. Make sure to specify each SNVR’s date and its corresponding serial number / mac address. The contact information is as follows:
