[Technical Notice] How to Retrieve the Password of GV-SNVR3203/6403

Introduction
This document illustrates detailed instructions for accessing required information of the specified SNVR models to request for a temporary password from GeoVision’s support teams.

Step 1. Accessing required information
  1. On the side of your SNVR, find the sticker that contains the serial number (20 digits) and mac address.
  2. On the SNVR’s webpage, select Forgot Password beneath the Password field.

  3. The popup window appears. The SNVR’s date is shown as below.

Step 2. Contacting GeoVision’s support team for temporary passwords
To retrieve your SNVR’s password, provide its serial number / mac address and date to the support team according to your location. Make sure to specify each SNVR’s date and its corresponding serial number / mac address. The contact information is as follows:
