Issue:
The Advance Log Browser located in VMS System Log crashes when trying to make a backup of AI Event Log with specific options selected.
Steps to replicate the issue:
VMS v18.3 => View Log => System Log => Advanced => Select “AI Event Log” => Backup => Check “All Table” and uncheck “Export with Video/Audio data” => Click on OK button
Solution:
The issue will be fixed on the next version of GV-VMS (v18.31), which is expected to be released in early June 2022.
