GeoVision software
Symptom
With the combination of Gigabyte GB365M D3H motherboard and Intel Core i7-9700 CPU (Intel UHD Graphics 630), the screen may turn black when running GeoVision software.
When the issue happens, you can find the warning messages of the display driver recovering from stopped responding in Windows logs (within Event Viewer).
Workaround
To temporarily resolve the black screen issue, it is recommended to increase CPU voltage by setting Dynamic Vcore (DVID) to 0.100V, as exemplified below.
Note: Doing overclock/overvoltage may result in damage to CPU, chipset, or memory and reduce the useful life of these components. Whether the system will work stably with the overclock/overvoltage settings you made is dependent on your overall system configurations. We highly recommend you to consult with the motherboard company for your PC conditions and settings.
