[ DVR / NVR ] Multicam v8.62 x 3 will drops from the server / ERM v1.2 will drops out, Pnasonic - 20161228

Issue:
2. ERM disconnects frequently from DVR-1, NVR-2 and NVR-3. ( v8.62 )
3. Panasonic IP cameras drop in NVR v8.62 ( NVR-2 & NVR-3) and need to restart NVR v8.62 in order to regain the connection.

Patch / Procedure (GV-NVR_V8.6.2.0.b) for Issue #2:
a) Turn off Multicam
b) Unzip the patch files -> For NVR folder
c) Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\GV-XXX

- IOCPLink.dll
- VersionInfo_GV-NVR-V8.6.2.0.b_161227.txt

Note:
- The patch has already been applied on DVR-1. Please apply it on NVR-2 and NVR-3 if necessary.
- The patch is only applicable to Multicam v8.62.

a) Unzip the patch files -> For Windows folder
b) Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\Windows\IPCAMX\Panasonic
