Issue:
1. LPR dongle cannot be detected after Windows update to Windows 7 Professional, SP1 and shows error message " Cannot load key ".
2. Or PC can't recognize the LPR dongle anymore after running LPR for 2-3 month.
Patch / Procedure:
1) Try to insert dongle with different USB port
2) USB driver installed OK? Check Device Manager >> DVR-Device >> GV-Series USB Protector
3) What action did customer take when realizing dongle can’t be read? Point out one of following condition
- Restart software
- Restart PC
- Remove dongle from PC and then connect again
- Upgrade software
- Upgrade Windows Hot fix
- Others
If Remote connection can be provided.....
- Version of VMS and LPR
- Snapshot of dongle
- TeamViewer
If Remote connection can't be provided.....
- Version of VMS and LPR
- Snapshot of dongle
- .GVM file
- System Analysis
