A customer has a VS2420 v1.02 and trying to use an AHD ptz by coaxial. After going to the ptz settings and selecting Enable, he does NOT get the option for HD-TVI/AHD Coaxial under the PTZ Name dropdown list.
Patch / Procedure:
** Note that if you didn't see HD-TVI / AHD Coaxial for coaxial cable transmission option, please try to delete following GeoOCX folder and login to VS2420's IE again. It will reinstall the OCX automatically.

If your AHD PTZ is without RS485 connection.
1. Go to VS2420 IE interface.
2. Click PTZ Setting, and select the PTZ channel on the tag.
3. Select HD-TVI / AHD Coaxial for coaxial cable transmission option
4. Save the setting.
5. Then go to Coxial Setting
6. Select the PTZ channel with Genetic option if your PTZ cameras isn't on the list.
7. Save the setting.

1. Go to VS2420 IE interface.
2. Click PTZ Setting, and select the PTZ channel on the tag.
3. Select your PTZ Name, Baud Rate , PTZ address
4. Click Save button to save the setting.
