Issue:
How to get Axis M7016 display all channels by ONVIF in Reordering Serer v1.3?
Solution:
As checked with FAE, RS v1.3 currently doesn't support adding a device with multiple channels via ONVIF.
The feature will be supported in the next version, v1.4. However, you can use RTSP to add all Axis M7016 in Recording Server.
AXIS RTSP over HTTP URL: rtsp://192.168.7.42/axis-media/media.amp?camera=1
If you add manually, then it will only allow single MAC address (correct). When you try to add same MAC address for camera 2, it wont allow so I would have to create a fake MAC to allow add. Correct?
---> Yes, you are correct.
Ex:
Channel 1: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:11
Channel 2: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:12
Channel 3: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:13
Channel 4: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:14
