[ DVR/NVR ] v8.71 Green Screen after upgraded from v8.62 to 8.71 - 20161123

Issue:
Unable to see third party cameras ( Green Screen in live view ) after upgrading from v8.62 to v8.71
Patch / Procedure ( DVRNVR_V8700.i ):
1. Exit GV-NVR/DVR and make sure all of the GV-Related programs are completed closed
2. Upgrade to v8.71
3. Once the upgrade is done, don't turn on the Multicam, do the following steps
4. Unzip the patch files
5. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\NVR\GeoCodecReg
- GeoCodecReg.exe
6. Double click the program (GeoCodecReg.exe). It will take about3~4 seconds to run it.
7. Run GV-NVR
