Question:
GV-EFD-1100 v1.08 not connecting to GV-NAS. Customer setup the devices internally and they both work had no problems, it's trying to connect both from an external connecting were it doesn't work. Why?
Answer:
Spec. As checked with RD, Target Series Storage Setting only support Local LAN SAMBA data transfer protocol.
It doesn't support external connection. (Internet)
*All IP cameras do not support internet connection to GV-NAS
