[ VSM ] Option to get alerted when the GV-Capture box or POS TextSender is offline - 20161110

Issue:
A feature is asked to be added to allow user get alerted when the GV-Capture box or POS TextSender is offline. User cannot get alerted from NVR directly, however it can be done by connecting NVR to VSM.

Patch/Procedure:
1. Click on the Network icon then choose the option "Connect to VSM"

2. Click on the Configure icon.

3.Click in to System Information on the top then check the box at the bottom of Other which write "Send POS device connection status to Vital Sign Monitor"

After the settings above, NVR will send an event to VSM when the GV-Capture box or POS TestSender is offline. Through VSM, user can get alerted via e-mail or I/O devices. Note that User has to purchase VSM in order to execute this function.
