Question:
How to use System Analysis?
Patch / Procedure:
1. Unzip the file
2. Select the location for exporting file
3. After all, sent those file to us via email attachment or FTP.
* If your file size is more than 2 MB, please use FTP. Thank!
Use this System Analysis tool is to grab the information HQ need for troubleshooting purpose.
