Issue:
VMS v15.11 with GV-VS2400 connected (PTZ camera via RS485), PTZ panel function doesn't show up in VMS
Patch / Procedure (VMS_V15.11.1.0.c):
1. Exit GV-VMS and make sure all of the GV-Related programs are completed closed
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\VMS
- PtzConfig.dll
- VersionInfo_VMSV151110c_161101.ini
4. Run GV-VMS
