[ ASManager ] ASRemote / ASManager v4.42 with GV-CS1320 v1.1 Force lock not working - 20161021

Issue:
For the CS1320 v1.1 with ASManager v4.4.2, ASRemote v4.4.2, and GV-Access v1.1, Force Lock does not work if the CS1320 is on Authentication Schedule Mode + Release Mode. ( AS1010 )
-This setup works for other controllers like the AS4110 and AS8110
Solution:
After upgrade CS1320 V1.11. This issue should be solved.
* Note that AS1010 also had the same issue but fixed in F/W v1.31
