Question:
How to setup the privilege in Control Center's Matrix? so different people will have different right or power to view / setup the matrix?

Answer:
In Control Center, Go to System > Account Setup . Click on the + and choose to create Power User, choose name

Choose Matrix number, right click and choose Privilege Setting

Click on User name to grant them access to Matrix

Go to System > Exit (popup Save – Yes) Login as Power User
