Question
When accessing the DVR/NVR using Matrix, the camera could only dispaly????
Answer
Customer is using different language locale in this case.
Control Center V3300 - Hebrew OS Windows 7
NVR V8620 - English OS Windows 7
Please configure language locale of Windows 7 or re-install same language version of Windows 7.
