Question:
Customer want to use GV-Eye playback multiple GV-IP camera footage over internet, but no setting for viewlog port in GV-Eye
Answer:
Customer can change GV-IP camera’s viewlog port from 5552 to another value and need to setup port forward correctly on their router/firewall. Please note that if customer’s GV-IP camera is Target series then they won’t have this option.
Then they only need to tap “Update device info” so that GV-Eye app will learn the correct viewlog port to playback.
