[ LPR ] IE browser, DSP LPR, unable to show webpage, ASManager unable to connect - 20160909

Issue:
In Windows 10, unable to show DSP LPR's webpage in IE. In addition, ASManager shows disconnection.
Using Windows 7 IE8, DSP LPR's Webpage is no such an issue.
Root Cause:
Windows 10's hot fix ( KB3172985 ) causes this problem
Patch / Procedure:
1. Remove KB3172985 in Win 10
2. Or you can update DSP LPR F/W to v2.3, which isn't released yet.
