DDNS V2 showing blank window in status window (bottom) and register window (pop up)
Answer:
Customer is using Windows XP running Internet Explorer (IE) version 6.
DDNS V2 requires at least IE 8 in order to connect to the DDNS server pages.
Locate and upgrade customer's IE to version 8 will correct the issue.
