GV-FER12202 v1.02 keeps popping up "Your SD_Card is used by old file system format."

1. According to our RD, it seems that the error message old file system format is caused by repeated failure of SD card formation.
Questions from our RD:
a. Is the SD card a brand new SD card or it has already been used for a while?
b. Has the SD ever used for recording before? Or it just happens without even recording yet?
c. Have you tried to format the SD card on different models of GV-IP cam? (Except GV-FER12203) Is it able to format it without any problem?
d. Do you have any successfully formatted SD card at hand? If you do, insert it to the Fisheye camera and see if it is able to format it or not.
2. We’ve also tested at our end with the same test method & FW and verified that there is nothing wrong with the whole process.
Solution:
Try to format the SD card in another model of 12 MP FER or BX.
If unable to format the SD card, please send it to us for further investigation.
If you can format the SD card successfully, something might be wrong in that particular 12 MP FER. RMA Please.
