Can customers make a new one by themselves If they lose the RJ12 cable that comes with GV-UNP2500?
Answer:
It’s not impossible but there is no guarantee that the hand-made one does have the same transmission quality as the original one.
The RJ12 comes with the camera is a well-selected cable so its quality (transmission) is guaranteed.
Note: GV do sell RJ12 cable as accessory. If customers somehow lose it or something, ask them to contact the local Sales representatives.
