[ VMS ] VMS v15.101 mark shown on EZViewLog500.exe & System idle protection doesn't switch to others - 20160805

Issue:
1. VMS v15.101 Get Question mark when playing back up file through EZViewLog500.exe
2. System idle protection doesn’t switch to the other account
Patch / Procedure:
Issue 1:
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off GV-VMS
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location either C:\GV-VMS\EzLogTemp or the Backup folder
- GVLVLServer.dll
4. Restart VMS
Note: The patch is only applicable on VMS 15.101
Root cause:
Issue 2:
With the option "Connect to VSM" enabled in Startup, if the connection information is incorrect (IP, User ID and Password to connect to VSM & CV2), it will cause the Idle protection window to keep counting down the time over and over again.
If client is not using either VSM or CV2, we would suggest him to disable "Connect to VSM" in Startup.
If client is using either VSM & CV2, make sure that the connection information is incorrect (IP, User ID and Password to connect to VSM).
