[ DVR/NVR ] Multicam v8.62, Control Center Service randomly shutting down - 20160603

Issue:
In Multicam v8.62 CCS, auto start and system idle protection are enabled. Auto start functions correctly, but the system idle protection fails to automatically reactivate if it randomly deactivates.
