GV-DVR/NVR
Issue:
Customer has integrated AXIS Q1765-le to GV-NVR v8.62 via ONVIF, but they are experiencing significant lags and drop in video quality.
Root Cause:
When we request 30FPS via ONVIF from Axis Q1765-LE, Q1765-LE only deliver 3~7 FPS (depending on resolution) to 3rd party software. This is the reason for video lag in GV-NVR.

Axis created a firmware for this camera and now it works great.
The Axis requires that we provide "camera server report" before they can provide us any form of support. If we want to solve this issue with Axis, then customer can follow the guide below to generate the server report and provide it to us so Axis can have something to work with.
