Issue:
Why Control Center v3.3 with GV-FE2201 connected, the live view is green in multiple layout and is black when switching to single layout?
Answer:
The customer’s PC Spec i7-960 with Control Center v3.3 installed is not the model that supports GPU decoding. Please ask the client to switch to a pc that meets the minimum system requirements first and upgrade the latest VGA driver.
