[ AS Hardware ] 3rd party controller won't be recognized when connected to AS2110/2120/4110/8110 controller via Weigand

(Please let me know if I missed other AS controllers, I will try to keep this list as accurate as possible)
Issue:
3rd party controller won't be recognized when connected to AS2110/2120/4110/8110 controller even when Weigand wiring is correct.
Solution:
Customer may have to add 2 resistors (RD said spec is 10k Ohm, 1k Ohm will do too) in order to have that reader recognized. (This is due to 3rd party reader hardware design does not have pull high on Weigand D0 and D1 so we need to add these 2 resistors to compensate it.)
