[ LPR ] GV-LPR1200 hangs when using moto-zoom lens remotely and license plates are too bright - 20160106

Issue:
1. GV-LPR1200 hangs when using moto-zoom lens remotely
2. License plates are too bright
Patch/Procedure:
1. Issue already solved in released F/W v1.10 2016-06-04
2. Caused by vehicles being too close to the camera, at around 8m distance. IR distance spec of LPC1200's is 10m ~ 20m, so distance of 8m is too short. Can be solved by adjusting camera brightness and contrast settings.
