Control Center v3.3 with NVR v8.62, Control Center Matrix lags when receiving camera stream from NVR but no lag when IP camera is streaming directly to Control Center
Patch/Procedure:
1. Exit NVR
2. Extract the file DataFIFO.dll from the patch zip file and copy paste it into NVR installation folder (default is C:\GV-NVR)
3. Restart NVR
