DVR/NVR v8.62 exported AVI files have lower quality than when viewed in Viewlog - 20160106
Root Cause:
This is a known issue with exported AVI files of Capture Card image and it will happen on both DVR/NVR and Remote Viewlog's Export AVI. Patch is available for both applications.
Patch/Procedure:
Step1. Turn off GV-DVR/NVR or Remote Viewlog
Step2. Unzip the patch file and go to the folder for the application you are using
Step3. Copy and Replace the GVMerge.dll file into GV-DVR/NVR or Remote Viewlog installation directory (ex. C:\GV-DVR/NVR or C:\Program Files(x86)\Remote Viewlog)
