Issue:
VMS 14.101 remote video in Mac ERM v1.0 and GV-Eye v2.2 randomly stop working, VMS freezes
Patch/Procedure:
This is caused by customer recording into Windows system drive which will caused Windows itself to become unstable. Issue is solved after recording to a secondary drive.
