Issue:
1. With GV-SD220 connected to either Multicam v8.62/VMS v14.1, if you use GV-Joystick V2 to zoom In/Out a little bit, the camera will keep zooming In/Out until viewing area is ridiculously large/Small.
2. VMS v14.1 Pro dongle sometimes can't be detected.

Issue 1:

Root Cause:
This is simply a bug on IPCam.

Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off VMS first
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Copy and past the unzipped file (ONVIF.dll) to the following directory:
C:\Windows\IPCamX\Protocol

Issue 2:

Root cause: With Auto Start-Up set in advance, if the start-up speed of VMS is faster than Windows, it might not be able to detect the dongle.

Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off VMS first
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Copy and past the unzipped file to GV-VMS folder
4. Turn on VMS

Notice: This bug will be fixed on v15.1
