Issue:
If the name of any IP camera is more than 32 characters, starting webcam server will cause VMS v14.101 to crash.
Root cause:
This is simply considered as software bug.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off VMS
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\GV-VMS
- DMWebCam.exe
- dmwebcam.dll
4.Restart VMS
