[ Remote ] Multicam v8.62 Viewlog / Remote shows blue screen while playing back recordings - 20160105

Issue:
Viewlog / Remote Viewlog v8.62 displays a blue screen while playing recorded video
*Playback recorded video stored in local folders with Windows Media is fine.
Root cause:
If there is not enough memory available to retrieve the data from the host, there might be a possibility that Viewlog / Remote Viewlog v8.62 displays a blue screen while playing recorded video.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off all GV-Software
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\GV-NVR
- ViewLog.exe
Notice: The patch is only applicable to GV-NVR v8.62
