[VMS] Cameras' live view with MJPEG codec selected show grey screen and the name of the camera turn red in VMS v14.101

Issue:
Cameras' live view with MJPEG codec selected show grey screen and the name of the camera turn red in VMS v14.101, but there are actually recordings for them.
Root Cause:
This issue is simply considered as a software bug on VMS v14.101.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Closed VMS v14.1 completely
2. Unzip the file in the attachment
3. Copy and overwrite GVJPG.dll into C:\VMS\GeoCodecReg folder
4. Execute GeoCodecReg.exe from C:\VMS\GeoCodecReg folder
5. Restart VMS v14.1 to see if the issue still exists or not.
Notice: The patch is only applicable to VMS v14.101 and the bug will be officially fixed in VMS v15.1
