Issue:
VMS v14.101 hangs on time line deletion or view log deletion (Both show "Deleting..0%.." ). It is required to restart VMS
Root Cause:
This is simply considered as a software bug.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off VMS
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\GV-VMS
- GVStorageMan.exe
- GvStorageMan.dll
4. Restart VMS
Notice: The patch is only applicable to VMS v14.101 and the bug will be officially fixed in VMS v15.1
