[VMS] Fisheye dewarped view and layout disappear in VMS v14.101 - 20160104

Issue:
Fisheye dewarped view and layout disappear in VMS v14.101
Root Cause:
Known issue in VMS v14.101, patch is available
Patch/Procedure:
1. Exit GV-VMS
2. Right click on patch and select "Extract All"
3. Extract the file (GeoFisheye.dll) into installation directory (default path C:\VMS)
4. Select "Copy and Replace" and then restart VMS
