[VMS] VMS v14.10 can't set "keep days" in storage setting - 20151224

Issue:
VMS v14.10 can't set "keep days" in storage setting
Patch /Procedure:
1. Exit/Close GV-VMS
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the files GVStorageMan.exe and GvStorageMan.dll into the location of VMS install path (For example C:\ GV-VMS)
