[ Backup Center ] v1.12 is unable to backup video files on 3rd HDD - 20151111

Issue:
Backup Center v1.12 is unable to backup video files on 3rd HDD

Root of cause:
Bug with Backup Center v1.12 where it will not write files into 3rd HDD even though first 2 HDDs are full

Procedure:
1. Exit Backup Center
2. Unzip Backup Center disk count limit.zip
3. Copy / Overwrite GeoLocalwriter.dll to default path C:\Program file\Backup Center\
4. Start Backup Center & Service
