Issue:
Key Lock Utility prevents DVD-R drive from working, drive works fine when used in normal Windows mode. This issue exists in all versions of NVR and VMS. Bug will be officially fixed in NVR v8.63 and VMS v15.1.
Root of cause:
Key Lock Utility prevents DVD-R from being usable
Procedure:
1. Exit GV-NVR
2. Right click on patch file and choose "Extract All"
3. Select GV-NVR installation folder and extract the files to the folder. (Default path is C:\GV-NVR)
4. Select "Copy and Replace" and patch will be completed
