Issue:
After making changes in EDR2100's IE setting, the settings will not be saved and the live view will always show video lost. Once Web UI is exited, EDR2100 will no longer be accessible via IE or IP device Utility.
Root of cause:
This is caused by the text overlay and device name in EDR2100's IE setting. If the device name has space between + text overlay enabled, this bug will appear. However, if the device name has space in between but there is no text overlay enabled or vice versa, then the issue will not occur.
Solution:
This issue happens on all Target series cameras and upgrading camera F/W to v1.04 will solve the issue
